Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation
- 25% - 90-61 days prior to the date of booking.
- 35%- 60-31 days prior to the date of booking.
- 50%- 30-08 days prior to the date of booking.
Full payment before 7 days from the date of package or otherwise settled.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum Rs. 500 per head to be deducted for any cancellation plus:
- Rs. 150 + 5% -90-61 days prior to the date of booking.
- s. 200 + 15% -60-22 days prior to the date of booking.
- Rs. 250 + 25% -21-08 days prior to the date of booking.
No refund will be made 7 days prior to the date of booking.
The above cancellation does not apply in case of any cancellations for unforeseen contingencies e.g. Political disturbances, local issues, natural calamities or government stipulation24 hours prior to the tour package. In those cases, the proceedings if recovered under circumstances will only be refunded to the party.
